If there are multiple bands in your proximity when you create an X-Wrist app account or try to switch your band to a different one, you will see the following screen:
You can identify your specific band ID by following these steps:
1. Quick-press the band button multiple times until you reach the "Setup" menu option.
2. Long press to enter the menu.
3. Tap 4 times on the band button until you reach the "Shut off" screen. Here you will see your band ID (the last 4 digits of the code):
Be sure to match your BAND ID (last 4 digits) to the specific one inside the app.
Then simply press on it to connect the band and proceed with normal user creation afterwards.
