If your band get's stuck (this hardly ever happens)

You can reset it this way.

Press on the metal button until you reach the setup menu:

Then press again until you reach the "Reset" button.

And keep it pressed.

The band should restart now.

*This will reset your data for today, you data for this day may become unstable.

Done.

Now open the app wait for the band to connect and sync.

Go to "Explore" then "My profile" make sure the profile is set up corectly and press on:

Update fitness goal

Then go back to "Explore", "Band settings" and chose the settings again even if they are already chosen. (The app does not know that the band has been factory reseted)
