The TBP watch offers 2 modes when measuring the BP: Accurate and Rapid.

IMPORTANT: Before measuring, please first connect to the X-Wrist mobile app and calibrate blood pressure. It's equally important to fully complete your user profile so the readings are as accurate as possible, no matter which mode you're choosing.. After calibration is successful, switch to the watches' blood pressure test interface and start BP measurement.

[1] Accurate mode

The accurate mode uses pressurized synchronous measurement technology to detect your blood pressure and pulse during the inflation process. When the air pressure value increases, the blood pressure watch detects the pulse and begins to do the calculations.

  1. Remove the airbag plug from the back of the watch, then install the airbag using the 2 pins, like in the image below:

Note: Make sure the airbag is correctly attached, otherwise it will not inflate and measure.

  2. Bend the airbag, strap the watch correctly to your wrist moderately loose (not too lose or too tight). Do not place the watch on the back of the wrist as the airbag will not be able to fully expand.

Note: Inaccurate wearing and use will result in inaccurate blood pressure measurements!

  3. Prepare to measure your BP:

    1. Sit comfortably

    2. Rest your feet, back, elbows and forearms so they are well supported

    3. Stretch your palms (do not hold your fist, thumb needs to be above)

    4. Keep the watch at the same height as your heart

    5. Stay relaxed and do not speak

  4. Start the measurement

  5. Results:

After the measurement is complete, the airbag deflates

automatically and the watch shows the result on the display. You

can also see the results including historical data in the mobile app.

[2] Rapid mode

The rapid mode measures BP without using the airbag strap, by simply choosing it from the watches interface. The photoelectric test method is quick and easy but not as accurate because it does not require the airbag. Use this for reference only and use the air bag for more accurate readings.

  1. Sit comfortably

  2. Rest your feet, back, elbows and forearms so they are well supported

  3. Stretch your palms (do not hold your fist, thumb needs to be above)

  4. Keep the watch at the same height as your heart

  5. Stay relaxed and do not speak

  6. Start the measurement

  7. After the measurement is complete, the watch shows the result on the display. You can also see the results including historical data in the mobile app.
