The X-Wrist LT uses a 650 nm wavelength released from the laser sensors which helps stimulate production of red blood cells, helps improve blood flow and viscosity, dissolves blood clots and some toxins, and overall helps clean the blood.

While on the main interface, briefly press the lower key on the right side of the watch to open the laser treatment screen.

Note: To change the strength and duration of the laser treatment, swipe down from the main interface -> Settings -> Laser and customize these metrics to fit your needs and wants.
