You can measure your body temperature by simply using the band.

Press the button two times until you reach the Temperature screen and then press the button for 4 seconds and wait until your temperature appears on the screen.

Your reading will be recorded automatically in the app once you connect it and let it sync.

Keep in mind that the band automatically measures your vitals at the interval you set by navigating to "Explore" →"Settings"→"Band Settings".

How does it work?

THE TECHNOLOGY

X-Wrist devices use an x10111 (patent pending) temperature sensor chip, tested to be acutely sensitive to changes in skin temperature.

The human body has a normal core temperature between 97˚F and 99˚F, but on average, a normal body temperature is 98.6˚F (~37˚C). To maintain this temperature without the help of warming or cooling devices, the surrounding environment needs to be at about 82˚F (28˚C).

Warning:

The body temperature feature only works in normal weather conditions.

  1. If you take a hot shower or a cold shower wearing the X-Wrist band, the temperature of your skin may fluctuate.

  2. If you wear the band in winter conditions the skin temperature may fluctuate.

  3. If you wear the band in hot summer conditions the skin temperature may fluctuate.

You can navigate to "Monitor""Health" and you can see your entire temperature history there.
