This guide was written for Samsung Android 11 versions

This guide was written in 01.01.2022 as the android operating system updates regularly, the settings might have been changed. If you spot any difference please let us know.

Enable Location

Step 1. Go to the Settings, and then select the Apps menu.

Step 2. Choose the xwrist app that you want to manage from the list of all the installed apps.

And make sure you give permisions to:

Location ("Allow all the time)

Camera

Files and media

First things you need to check - Bluetooth and Location must be "On", and need to make sure x-wrist has location permision especially "Allow all the time"

It should look like this:

Enable Notifications

Step 1. Go to the Settings, and then select the Apps menu.

Step 2. Choose one app that you want to manage from the list of all the installed apps.

Step 3. Tap on the Notifications.

Step 4. You can activate notifications at once by tapping the switch of Show notifications that will enable the notifications for x-wrist app

IMPORTANT

Enable notification access also.

Phone Settings > Notifications or Sound & notification search for x-wrist app and enable.

If the band is still not found in the app reset it to factory settings and try again.
